Cut the busywork.
Deploy what scales.
We find the redundant processes eating your team's week, automate what should be automated, with AI when it helps, without it when it doesn't, and build systems that grow with your business instead of against it.
avg. result: 10+ hrs/week recovered per team within the first engagement
What we do
Three ways in. Most clients start with an audit and end up with all three.
Process audits & redundancy removal
We map how work actually moves through your business and find the steps that exist for no reason.
- Workflow mapping across teams & tools
- Duplicate-effort and bottleneck report
- Kill list: what to stop doing this month
Automation builds: AI and not
The right tool for the job. Sometimes that's an AI agent; sometimes it's a well-placed script that never breaks.
- Tool-to-tool integrations & workflows
- AI assistants for docs, intake & support
- Plain reliable automation where AI is overkill
Systems built to grow
Solutions designed so that doubling your business doesn't mean doubling your headcount or your chaos.
- Scalable data & reporting foundations
- Documentation your team will actually use
- Handoff & training, no vendor lock-in
How an engagement runs
Four steps. Fixed scope. You'll know what you're getting before we write a line of anything.
Not when it doesn't.
If a scheduled script solves it for a tenth of the cost, that's what we'll recommend. You're paying for outcomes, not buzzwords.
Most SMBs don't need new software; they need the software they have to finally talk to each other.
Everything we build is documented and handed over. If we've done our job, you don't need us next quarter.
Toronto-based. On-site when it matters, on a call when it doesn't, never a ticket queue.
Built by someone who can't leave a broken system alone
I'm Key. I get obsessed with figuring out how things work, and I don't stop until they do.
Most of that goes into the work here: walking into a business, learning its tangle of tools faster than people expect, and making them finally talk to each other. Some of it goes into things that don't pay the bills: building web apps from scratch, reverse-engineering systems that ship with no manual, breaking down complex ideas on video until they're simple.
Before this I spent years in the corporate world, which is where I learned the difference between a clever technical fix and one that actually survives contact with how a business really runs. That's the part most "automation guys" skip.
Give me a messy system nobody fully understands and a reason to care, and I'll have it mapped, connected, and running. That's not a pitch. It's just the thing I can't help doing.
